ClaimPath is a private, commercial lead generation service. We collect information from website visitors and connect them with specialist benefits advisers who will contact them by telephone or email. We are not a government body, not a charitable service, and not the DWP.

Our services relate to state benefits administered by the DWP and local councils — benefits advice is not a regulated activity under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). We are independent of and not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), HMRC, or any other government body. Any benefit estimate shown on our website is indicative only — final eligibility decisions rest with the DWP or relevant authority.
The benefits estimate produced by our quiz is indicative only. It is based on the information you provide and general eligibility rules. Final eligibility is determined by the DWP or relevant authority. We make every effort to keep benefit information up to date but cannot guarantee it reflects the latest rules at every moment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Providing false or misleading information when making a DWP claim is a criminal offence.
