About NetworkingHands
Why our domain is networkinghands.com
networkinghands.com began as a peer-to-peer practice circle in London where operations, healthcare, and public-sector candidates swapped mock competency interviews (“lending a hand” before panel assessment days).
When UK WEBWORKS LTD (Company No. 16020374) formalised those notes into an online publication under the name NetworkingHands, we kept the original networkinghands.com web address so reader bookmarks and shared checklists continued to work seamlessly.
What we publish
We focus on the mechanics of modern British hiring panels: how competency scorecards work in the NHS, Civil Service, and corporate sector, why unstructured answers lose marks even when a candidate has strong experience, and how structured S-T-A-R preparation unlocks higher starting pay bands.
